In order to create a relaxed atmosphere for all clients, it is requested that small children not be in the waiting area. In addition, no children are permitted in the procedure room.
To maintain and manage a sterile environment all guests accompanying clients are asked to remain in the waiting area. Only the artist and the client are permitted in the treatment room. Please do not invite observers. In addition, please do not bring any children under 18 years of age without adult supervision.
A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required upon scheduling in order to reserve your appointment time. The deposit will be credited toward your procedure fee on the day of your appointment.
24 hours notice is required to cancel an appointment. If you fail to cancel your appointment within 24 hours, your deposit may be forfeited. Furthermore, an additional deposit will be required to make a new appointment reservation.
A client who does not appear for a scheduled appointment will forfeit their deposit. In addition, future appointments will require payment in full at the time of booking.
To avoid unfair delays to clients, if you are more than 15 to 30 minutes late to your appointment it will be necessary to reschedule.
Your first Touch-Up session is complimentary and should be scheduled to occur between 6 to 12 weeks following your first session.
Touch-Ups are critical for optimal results for your treatment. It is encouraged to book your touch-up during your initial treatment visit.
Additional Touch-Up appointments may be needed for clients with darker complexions, or oily, problematic skin. If after-care instructions were not correctly followed it is likely an additional touch-up will be required.
Also, there may be an additional touch-up appointment charge. This depends on the amount of work required to create optimal results.
